Belgrade, Yugoslavia, July 19 - Yugoslav football champion, Belgrade Red Star, placed itself into the second qualifying round for the European Football Champion's League, since it defeated the representative of the Faroe Islands, Ki Klaksvik, in the second leg match of the first qualifying round - 2-0.
In the first match, played seven days ago, Red Star won 3-0.
Red Star scored two goals in the opening 17 minutes against KÍ Klaksvík through Branko Boskovic (penalty) and Goran Drulic to win 2-0 (5-0 on aggregate).
Since it secured its triumph, host team slowed down the rhythm of the game, so the spectators watched the boring play of both teams till the end of the match.
Georgian champions FC Torpedo Kutaisi will provide the
Yugoslavs with a more meaningful test in the next round.
