Belgrade, July 26 (Tanjug) - In the Football Champions' League second qualifying round first leg match, in Belgrade today, Red Star won Torpedo from Georgia with 4-0 (3-0).
Football players of Red Star easily and convincingly won champion from Georgia and almost qualified for the third round, where they will play match against Ukrainian Dinamo Kiev.
Players of the home team began the match very engaged, resolved to solve the question of final winner tonight. With strong play in defence and simple actions, Red Star players fast imposed their way of play.
All goals in the first half time were scored after good and precise combinations, and scorers were Drulic, Boskovic and Pjanovic.
Red Star played well in the second half, also. Yugoslav team made several chances, but only Drulic, at the last moment of the match, succeeded again to enter in a list of scorers.
During the first half time, big fight happened between fans of Belgrade club and police, in which many were hurt on both sides.
Second leg match will be held in seven days in Georgia.
