Yugoslavia's "golden" volleyball team returns home

BELGRADE, Oct 3 (Tanjug) - The Yugoslav volleyball team arrived in Belgrade from Sydney late Monday after winnng a gold medal at the 27th Olympic Games.

Relatives, friends and countless volleyball fans welcomed the team at Belgrade's Surcin Airport. Yugoslav Sports Minister Velizar Djeric welcomed the players and team leadership on behalf of the federal government.

Team captain Nikola Grbic expressed thanks on behalf of the team for the welcome and felicitations.
