Serbian budget for first quarterly of 2004 increased by 495 mln dinars
Belgrade, Jan 22, 2004 - Following a revision of the 2003 budgetary revenues, the Serbian government adopted the Amendments to the Decree on provisional budget for January-March 2004 period. Since 2003 budgetary revenues rose by 1.98 billion dinars, the provisional budget will be increased by 495 million dinars.
The Serbian government set aside 60 million dinars from the provisional budget for the financing of election of deputies in the new Serbian parliament.
The Serbian government also adopted a Programme of construction, reconstruction and maintenance of water management facilities for the first three months of this year. The programme is worth 570 million dinars, of which 220 million will be secured from the Serbian budget and 350 million from the sector's own resources.
