Hanover, May 7th - Yugoslav water polo national team is securely heading towards the realization of its goal - going to the Olympic games that will be held in Sidney this year. In the second round of the qualification tournament in Hanover, Yugoslavia defeated Holland with a score 10-5.

In the first quarter both teams were equal. In the second and the third quarters Yugoslavs had absolute domination, thus at the beginning of the fourth period the score was 8-2 for Yugoslavia.

Ciric was, as in the match against Slovenians, one of the best players of the Yugoslav team, and with Ikodinovic, Vujasinovic and goalkeeper Sostar, he was the most deserving for one more convincing victory.

Yugoslavia concludes the first part of the tournament in Hanover on May 8th with a match against Brazil.
