Two strikes by Cuba

CUBA - YUGOSLAVIA 3-0 (25-21, 26-24, 25-19)

Habana, CUBA, May 26 - Before 18 000 spectators Cuba defeated once again the Olympic Champion, Yugoslavia. This time Pavel Pimienta's dreadful blocks enabled him to be voted the Most Outstanding Player of the hosts' team, while Ivan Miljkovic's attacks gave him for the second time the same category of the above of the visiting team. This was the 6th consecutive Cuban victory in their country.

Habana, CUBA, May 25 - The clash was witnessed by more than 15 000 thrilled spectators, who enjoyed to see their team performing an brilliant match where Angel Dennis was the most outstanding player of the winning team, and Ivan Milijkovic of the visiting.
