Snezana Kostic wins silver medal

Edinburgh, SCOTLAND, December 14, 2003 - Serbia-Montenegro's Snezana Kostic finished second in the junior women's 4,520 meter race at the European Cross Country Championships in Holyrood Park, Edinburgh, with a time of 15:57. Latvia's Inna Polushkina won the junior title in a time of 15:33, while defending champion Charlotte Dale of Great Britain took bronze medal, clocking 16:04.

Kostic was third in junior race at the IAAF European Cross Country Championship in Thun two years ago.
