Kezman scores twice in Dutch derby

Mateja Kezman

Eindhoven, NETHERLANDS, April 14 - Mateja Kezman scored both goals for PSV Eindhoven against Feyenoord (FT:2-0), in the match of the Dutch football championship game week 31. Yugoslavia's striker lifted his team into second place with 60 points and a match in hand on Ajax (64 pts). Feyenoord, who will meet Borussia Dortmund of Germany at De Kuip stadium in the UEFA Cup final on May 8, slipped to third place, three points behind PSV and seven back of Ajax.

In the last minute of the first half Mateja Kezman rounded goalkeeper Zoetebier after he was fed by Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink.

PSV doubled the lead from a controversial penalty with 22 minutes to go, when Paauwe was judged to have fouled Van Bommel in the area.

Kezman's initial effort was blocked by Zoetebier, but the striker was in the right place to slot home the rebound.
